Platform

From a scattered document library to one searchable safety graph.

Point Adducia at the documents your safety case already lives in. It reads them, connects them, and lets you ask questions of the whole picture, with every answer traced back to its source.

How it works

Three steps, no rekeying.

01 Ingest Bring in your safety and reliability documents as they are. Adducia detects what each one is and pulls structure out of tables, hazard logs, and diagrams, not just paragraphs.
02 Connect It links hazards, causes, controls, requirements, and evidence into one graph, and recognizes when the same artifact appears under different names across documents and revisions.
03 Ask Query the whole program in plain language. Answers come back structured and source-cited, with deterministic coverage, gap, and contradiction checks that show you what is missing and what disagrees.

Capabilities

What it can read, connect, and answer.

01 Multi-genre ingestion FMEA and FMECA, FHA, fault trees, reliability block diagrams, requirements, V&V matrices, and hazard logs.
02 Reads tables and diagrams Extracts from spreadsheets and tabular logs, and reads fault-tree and reliability-block figures, where the real logic often lives.
03 Cross-document resolution Recognizes the same hazard, component, or requirement across documents and baselines and resolves it into a single node.
04 Source-linked answers Every artifact ID and claim in an answer traces to a specific document and location, so you can check it yourself.
05 Gap & contradiction checks Surfaces missing links, unclosed evidence, and places where two documents disagree about the same item, like a severity stated two ways or a value that moved, so an engineer reviews them before an audit finds them.
06 Human in the loop Low-confidence and diagram-derived reads are flagged for review rather than silently trusted, so judgment stays with the engineer.
07 Compares revisions Load two revisions of the same analysis and see what appeared, what disappeared, and what changed value, from severities to rates to statuses, plus which findings are new or resolved since the baseline.

The deliverable

Walk into the review with the report, not a chat log.

One click turns the loaded corpus into a print-ready Audit Readiness Report: severity-ranked gap findings and a requirements traceability matrix, with every line cited to its source document and row.

  • Severity-ranked findings. Unmitigated hazards, unverified requirements, and cross-document conflicts, worst first.
  • Requirements traceability matrix. Requirement to hazard to verification, with open items called out honestly.
  • Nothing generated by AI. The report is computed directly from the graph, so nothing in it can be invented.

Illustrative, synthetic example data

Built for your data

It runs where your data already lives.

Adducia ships as an on-prem build that installs on your own hardware and calls the model with your own key. Nothing is sent to us, there is no telemetry, and controlled program data never leaves your environment. Anything shown publicly uses synthetic, clearly labeled data only.
